Being both Bronwen Jones and ex-CRASS vocalist Eve Libertine is sometimes confusing. Eve was getting to be a distant memory for me until about 4 years ago when she surfaced again, performing with CRASS Agenda now called Last Amendment.
Throughout my life I have drawn, painted and made objects, almost always for the pure pleasure of creating something from nothing for myseslf or friends. Only occasionaly have I chosen to take it on professionally.
Then, about a year ago, I decided to set myself the goal of having an exhibition. Although I've always had faith in my creativity, I felt that I needed to push myself. By creating a deadline, an exhibition would force the issue, which is precisely what I have done.
All too easily sidetracked, if the sun is shining I want to be in it, gardening, wandering or just dreaming. Getting an exhibition together through the summer months could have been a problem, but Eve and myself doggedly persisted. The result is 'Head On'
